That's why it's really interesting to see how things are developing with the staff. In the PCT, drivers are also entitled to a minimum wage, although it is not that high. However, the strong drivers will probably not accept a pay cut. As long as they have the opportunity to switch to another team. Also, these teams don't necessarily want to lose their cracks. That's why you often see a reinforcement from below. The Luschen are replaced by newcomers. Always in the hope that one day the big joker will be drawn.
